8 Week Teen Yoga for Ages 14-17

These teen yoga classes will inspire creativity and friendships! Kimberly will lead students in various meditation and breathing practices as well as teaching yoga poses which will help improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence. Great for teens looking to stay active through the summer. This class can be a beneficial challenge as well as a bonding time with peers. Classes are held outdoors. Students should bring a yoga mat and water.
