8 Week Youth Yoga for Ages 10-13

These youth yoga classes will inspire creativity and friendships! Kimberly will lead students in various meditation and breathing practices as well as teaching yoga poses which will help improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence. Classes are held outdoors. Students should bring a yoga mat and water.
