9:00am-12:00pm at Fallen Timbers Environmental Center in Black Creek, WI

Immerse yourself in yoga and meditation at beautiful Fallen Timbers Environmental Center. The morning will begin with a vinyasa flow practice meant for beginner through advanced yogis. After a short break, we’ll head out on the trails for a meditative hike, moving slowly to allow you to take in the sounds, sights and smells. We’ll end the morning with a soothing sound bath, listening to the sounds of singing bowls and nature.

Chairs and yoga blocks will be available for use.

Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable shoes.

Feel free to bring extra clothing layers, bug spray and anything that may make meditation cozier for you such as a blanket. This would be a great event to bring a journal to if you like.

This event will run rain or shine. Be prepared to be outdoors.

Not ready to go home after the triathlon? Take your time! Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy more of the trails if you wish.
