9:00am-12:00pm at Fallen Timbers Environmental Center in Black Creek, WI
Immerse yourself in yoga and meditation at beautiful Fallen Timbers Environmental Center. The morning will begin with a vinyasa flow practice meant for beginner through advanced yogis. After a short break, we’ll head out on the trails for a meditative hike, moving slowly to allow you to take in the sounds, sights and smells. We’ll end the morning with a soothing sound bath, listening to the sounds of singing bowls and nature and some yoga nidra to find ultimate relaxation.
Chairs and yoga blocks will be available for use.
Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable shoes.
Feel free to bring extra clothing layers, bug spray and anything that may make meditation cozier for you such as a blanket. This would be a great event to bring a journal to if you like.
This event will run rain or shine. Be prepared to be outdoors.
Not ready to go home after the retreat? Take your time! Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy more of the trails if you wish.
